I’ll make this one short and sweet. Due to recent events, there has been a lot of chatter about weather modification used for warfare. UPDATE (8/23): Reuters points out that Dora to the south, combined with a high pressure system to the north, helped created the perfect conditions for a wind tunnel sweeping through Lahaina.
