Is The Explosion Of Mass Casualty Events In Texas Connected To The End Of Title 42?
And what should we expect moving forward?
In the last several days, Texas has seen a spike in alleged mass/multiple casualty events. Might they be connected to this Thursday’s lifting of the COVID-era border restrictions known as Title 42? If so, what does that mean exactly? Is this just the beginning of a new era that makes the past 11 years of constant questionable events look like child’s play?
A Quick Recap
April 28, 2023 — In Cleveland, Texas, a Mexican man named Francisco Oropeza was allegedly firing an AR-15 in his yard. A neighbor either asked him to stop shooting or shoot farther away (reports differ of course) because a baby was inside sleeping. Francisco decided to kill 5 of the people in the house—all Honduran citizens.
May 6, 2023 — In Allen, Texas, a Hispanic man named Mauricio Garcia allegedly got out of a vehicle at a shopping mall and started shooting random people, killing 8 and injuring 7 before being shot dead by police. A social media account of his apparently suggests he was interested in neo-Nazi ideology. This one reeks of absurdity.
May 7, 2023 — In the border town of Brownsville, Texas, a Hispanic man named George Alvarez allegedly mowed down a large group of Venezuelan migrants in a Range Rover, killing 8 and injuring 10.
May 8, 2023 — In Dallas, Texas, an unidentified shooter on the DART train allegedly shot two people—killing one—while a third person sustained an injury.
As Republicans freak out over the border issue and Democrats freak out over guns, are we looking at a political perfect storm? Is 4th generation warfare—which gave rise to international terrorist groups that were mostly scripted, armed and funded by America—now being waged primarily on its own citizens in concert with 5th generation warfare? Are they creating a certain kind of chaos to set up Americans to beg for authoritarian solutions? Why are people programmed to not question these things?
With propaganda films like the following production from the FBI, one must ask these questions.
Run. Hide. Fight? We never hear of people fighting back in the high-profile mass casualty events, even when there is a lot of people in close proximity to the alleged shooter. No, it’s always completely helpless people that blossom into amateur EMT heroes. Is that believable?

nailed it -- it’s 5th Gen warfare. get in ppl’s heads and make them fearful of being in public places.
i’m all too familiar with how this consumed ppl in Orlando after Pulse shooting (which had ALL kinds of bizarre aspects, unlike how the official narrative was presented).
